TIP NO 1.(Create a health conscious group) -
                                                                     You are not the only one who suffer from this problem,
             many of your co worker are also suffering from this same problem.


TIP NO 2.(Make a healthy launch-box for your job period) -
                                                                      You to eat healthy foods which not gain extra calorie and

TIP NO 3.(KEEP DRINKING WATER) -
                                                                         So this is a very important topic which many one just skip and not paying time on it.Our body is made of 70% of water,so stay hydrated every time.

TIP NO 4.(TAKE A 10 MIN  BREAK) -
                                                                          While working you should take a 10 min break.In this break you may move your body ,you can do some stretching or you can get a 5 min nap and other      5 min for walking on floor.
 
TIP NO 5.(BEWARE OF THE PARTIES IN THE OFFICE) -
                                                                         In the office parties many people forget their health,their responsibilities and just enjoy the entire party through getting alcohols and consume unnecessary,unhealthy foods.If you want a healthy life then keep yourself far from this two things.
